I offer personalised and individual hypnobirthing. My sessions are one-to-one and the hypnosis provided is based on the individual client, rather than a "one-size-fits-all" programme.

We are all different. Each woman's ideas about pregnancy and birthing vary, as each woman's individual needs vary. Rather than insisting on a pregnancy-long commitment from my clients, I offer a bespoke service, giving the individual client what they need. Working with my client, I produce a personalised birthing hypnosis to meet her personal birthing needs. I also provide self-hypnosis training, to afford my client the best results from their Birthing Hypnosis Download.

The client is then free to go off and practice their birthing hypnosis in the comfort of their own home. For a client who feels they need more, I offer a continuing service, again bespoke to the client, developing as the client's pregnancy develops.

On our journey, we typically explore the topics of positive pregnancy,  birth breathing, empowered control & birth rights, birthing affirmations, and ensuring a positive birth experience.
